Banana Jam

Banana sweet is a typical sweet of Brazilian cuisine made with pieces of banana and sugar, with cinnamon or cloves, or lemon juice. 

The sweet differs from bananas, basically because it is in the form of jam, and is therefore not a cut candy. For this reason, additives such as pectin and citric acid are not added.
