Our Fit coxinha is the most healthy croquete made unnecessary to fry. Finish by oven or air-fryer.

Coxinha is a popular food in Brazil consisting of chopped or shredded chicken meat, covered in dough, molded into a shape resembling a teardrop, battered and fried. Coxinha literally means "little thigh", and it is how deep fried chicken legs are informally named in Brazil.

Our coxinha must kept in a freezer, so be sure to place in an oven tray or in an air-fryer to bake it. Made with flour, mashed potato, shredded chicken, water, butter, onion and spices.

Orders need to be place 48 hours in advance.

All of our bakes and sweets are made in an environment where EGGS, MILK, GLUTEN, NUTS and PEANUTS are used. For this reason we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens. We take all the necessary steps to ensure cross contamination doesn't happen, however, there is always a risk that one of our products has come into contact with another product.
